Do you accept walk-in orders?
Yes, walk-in orders are welcome, but we recommend ordering in advance during peak hours to avoid waiting times.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order in person and online via our website with click and collect option or through Deliveroo.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your food at your convenience. You can skip the queue by pre-selecting your collection time while placing your order.

Do you have seating available?
Fortune Fried Chicken is a takeaway-only concept, so we do not provide dine-in seating. However, there is lots of seating available throughout the market.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, changes are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact the store or delivery platform for the same.
What if I’m running late to pick up my order?
We’ll hold your order for up to 30 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time. If you’re running later than that, kindly contact us so we can assist you.

Do you cater for food allergies?
We do our best to cater to most food allergies. Please notify us at the time of ordering so we can advise on suitable options. However, our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.
